The Biltong I bought was unfortunately of very poor quality (worst I’ve had in some time) and cleanliness of the shop a concern. I was somewhat surprised at the experience, given their ‘meat specialists’ brand.

If u like ur meat, this place has good quality meat. But u must pay for that quality. Not the cheapest place around

The meat from Frankie Fenner's is worth a monthly a trip to the moon ... So every night, I count my blessings that it is conveniently located in the clean and secure environment of that Palmyra Junction in Claremont...It has become one of my weekly stops, and rightly so, the Bacon Jam that they sell goes quicker than size 9 shoes at access park! If you ask me the R70 per jar is a bargain because that Bacon Jam is worth more than its weight in gold and I would sell one of my kidneys to support my addiction.They have a wide range meats available and it's worth the extra $$ to guarantee that your mince meat comes without the E. coli 0157:H7 that they seem to raring at PicknPray" no pun intended!So hurry on down there and get you some REAL MEAT ! I'm sure I'm not the only one tired of the processed food life !"

Great butchery and top quality meat but this branch is a bit small and has limited range of cuts available

Excellent quality meat. You will find great cuts that is worth the extra cost. The biltong is totally delicious. The store is situated on the outside at Palmyra Junction. Parking is available but is at a premium during peak times. The entrance is wheelchair accessible
