Sale of Batteries is ok, but I wouldn't recommend any 12V cables. Locally crimped on lugs fell off on trying to use them the first time, and they were not interested in making a plan to sort it out.

Terrible experience!!! The person I was referred to, Andy throws the phone down in my ear after I politely explained twice what I was looking for. I see I'm not the first customer having this very poor customer service experience. Its always great to support SME's but certainly not with this attitude!!

Website has one price. Called to confirm stock etc and got a much higher price. Asked for a quote and got a 3rd price. Product enquired about marketed/identified/advertised incorrectly to start with. Service was good and response to quote request quick. Price for the battery I was looking for was more than double everywhere else (stock is short so supply and demand wins out.)

Except for one staff member. The service left a lot to be desired. I went there on a Saturday before closing. The impression I got was that I was an inconvenience. I hope management reads this review and addresses the issue. They also did not have what I was looking for despite the business name of Batteries Unlimited. I do understand that a business cannot be expected to carry every type of item which means that names have to be chosen very carefully. It is understood that the business name explains the character thereof.

Terrible service, I have been a long time supporter. After my recent trip I will never use these clowns again.First confirm stock availability, when I get to the shop they don’t have it.Then proceed to tell me that all the batteries are High crack “even after showing them a High crank difference in models.Definitely not professionals in any way.Lacking knowledge and customer service.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff at batteries unlimited. I bought a German made golf trolley which has state of the art electronics. I arrived there on a Tuesday and was told it would take between 3 to 5 working days. I was helped but a lady on the front desk who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She did call another one of the staff who is obviously the gentleman who puts the lithium battery's back together with thr new batteries. I phoned up on Friday around midday and I was told it is ready for collection. I ended up going through on Saturday and everything was packed so nice it actually looked much better than the original one. When I got home I plugged it in and I was very skeptical but after a few hours the red light went off and the gelreen came on. I then plugged it into my Titancad golf trolley and it's seriously like new. Thank you once again

Worst experience ever! Sales assistant throwing the phone down in my ear when enquiring about a particular size of battery. When I called back to offer my thanks for the assistance, I was met with more anger and rudeness and a second round of a phone thrown down in my ear. Very disappointing experience.

Swopped my battery out when it was still within the warrantee period without any non-sense, friendly, knowledgable staff and management - (PS: You may need to extend your premises, when busy the front of house is a little cramped)
