It's an amazing place to train at the personal are next level it's a pleasure going in and everything is clean all the COVID rules are followed other members are all friendly and approachable I am proud to be a member of the Newcastle planet fitness centre and will be with them for many years to come

Best service I have received from a gym so far. The person who did my induction did an amazing job with showing me how all the equipment works and making sure I have a plan for the gym.Also love the Body composition evaluation. It made me aware of what I need to work on.I would definitely recommend it

Too small for the large crowds at peak times, very one sided racially, dont respond to requests, can never find a manager on duty. Weekly cleaning done during gym hours. Very irritating.

Great machines and excellent staff service. Covid complient with excellent all round facilities. Very clean and spacious. Even after the pandemic, the facility still has hand sanitizer stations & they are constantly cleaning the floors & equipment. It's really an AWESOME GYM.

I had been to planet fitness and was Wrongfully put into a contract by manager . I had advised manger will be relocating within the next few months and would need to cancel membership; she advised all I require is to let them know 1 month in advance. Now when cancelling I am getting fees imposed which were not discussed. Other than that gym facilities are perfect and great to workout

My happy place. The staff is Amaaaaaaazing! They are such a vibrant bunch, full of life, buzzing energy levels, all have amazing bodies, clean facility with all the necessary equipment, I'm more crazy about the people, it's very hard to find great customer service or experience these days, I'd recommend this gym to everyone, all age groups from all walks of life.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I Managed also building relationships with the clients! Excellent classes and instructors! I have lost 115cm in 1 year by attending the classes at Planet Fitness!
