Retail stores around Rustenburg do not provide good service. @Home in Rustenburg is an exception to this. The staff are friendly and really goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied. They have on many occassions ordered products for me from other stores which were then delivered and available promptly. Their response time to customer complaints are excellent. Both the team from the Waterfall mall store as well as the team from the Platinum Square stores are superb!

The staff looked at me as if I'm window shopping, I had to go ask them for what I wanted to buy, but they gave me that 'can't you see we are talking' kind of look .
