It was the worst experience... I will never support this store ever again... Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and there seems to be a personal money making scheme going on...

Good quality. Wash n wear many times over

I was looking for a suit for my wedding and searched many shops at pavillion. Eventually I found one that I liked here but realized I forgot my wallet at home. A gentleman by the name Siyabonga assisted me, even kept the suit aside for me and went out of his way to ensure that the experience of buying a suit for such an occasion went smoothly. Thank you Siyabonga, you are the man!

Long line at store but there's nothing I can do..I'm happy about service keep on doing good things

Was looking out for a black evening dress..alas very few choices..

The lady cashier who assisted me was extremely unfriendly. Pity I never caught her name. Couldn't return my dress because they were offline for returns, but could do sales.

I placed an order online and they sent me someone else's order. I drove to the store to get my order and that's when I realised that only half of my order was there, and the other half was sent to someone else and I got the other person's order. I waited for 6 weeks constantly calling the store and being given nonsense excuses. It was the worst experience I had there. Eventually they ended up sending me the other half of the order, only to realise it was a demo shoe that they sent yet I paid full price for it. It was a white puma, that was dirty and had patches on it. I tried to return it and they said that it looks like I was wearing it. I am extremely dissatisfied with them and would recommend you either purchasing in store or if ordering online, to check your order first, before signing for it.

I visited Friday afternoon when there was very few customers inside the shop. Sales representatives were very friendly which is something I always look for in any selling environment. A smile is a natural motivator. It's makes part with your money painlessly.

Not a good store. Service is very lethargic ... till service slow and unfriendly .. more people standing around on the floor spraying fragrance than anythinv else. Customer service poor.
