I am disgusted. I handed them my airfryer for repairs on 15 October. I constantly have to phone for updates on the progress. I never receive emails regarding the matter. Every time I am told they are still waiting for parts and it will be another week. We are going into December and my airfryer is still not repaired!!!

I made prior arrangements over the phone regarding repairs, I got confirmation that my enquiry would be addressed. So I went in store in order to hand in my Panasonic HiFi. I was helped by the reception. She then explained a entire different repairing process from the one discussed on the phone call. It felt as if they had no interest in helping me and the manner in which I was addressed made it clear that they had more important things to do than to help me.
