Dr Dylan Naidoo

This man doesnt even deserve 1 star. My sister went to his rooms because she had severe toothache. She made an appointment and sat in his rooms from 7:00 to 11:00 when he eventually could see her. He barely looked at her tooth and said she had an injection, gave his a script for antibiotics and told her to go to another dentist the next day to remove the tooth. She was charged a consultation fee for NOTHING!!!She had so much pain that her husband had to take her to another dentist. I fail to understand how Dr Dylan Naidoo could not pull the tooth but this dentist pulled the tooth immediately.

He is a brilliant dentist. Gets to the point and explains options to you. Today he helped my 3.5 year old little girl and was so caring and gentle. He has helped my mom and dad too and is so respected by all of us. He also won't rip you off and will be fair on his costing. His assistant is a beautiful lady, always smiling and happy. My go to dentist for my whole family.

Amazing experience, was warmly welcomed and immediately trusted the Doc with my teeth. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional and unethicalDon't act upon common symptoms

So I'm afraid off dentists but I'm sure happy I found Dr. D Naidoo he is so gentle and very encouraging. Thanks for the wonderful help.

Having excruciating tooth pain, to the point where I have been crying non stop. I went to the nearest dentist Dr. Naidoo at the Complete Family Clinic, Carnival Mall. His assistant said to wait and he will see me if he can After waiting from 7:00 he finally saw me at 11:00.He barely looked at my tooth then said I have an abscess and he can't remove it or do anything about it. He wrote a prescription for just antibiotics and a referral letter. He then said I should call them asap to remove the tooth. I couldn't understand, he couldn't remove it but said it should be removed at the latest the next day. He was so inhumane towards me and not caring that I was in so much pain. I had to pay for nothing. While leaving I heard him ask his assistant if I was the last patient for the day. It was his last day before vacation. Hearing this I felt he tried to just get me to leave. I then went to another dentist, who saw me immediately as an emergency and removed the tooth immediately. My husband asked if I had an abscess and the dentist said no just infection and that is why the tooth was removed immediately.I'm disgusted with Dr Niadoo for being so inhumane and lying so he could get me away asap
