Paid the next day after requesting to fix my daughter's fridge, only to have the fridge not work after the thermostat was replaced. No other checks were done while on site to eliminate other possible problems.Requested MS to come out and resolve, but was requested to pay another call out fee.Surely when you request someone to come out the 1st time to fix your appliance, they do a complete assessment of all the issues and quote. Not one issues and then charge for another call out.Response from owner is very unfortunate and unprofessional
