Quite frankly the best rental agency I have dealt with. Absolutely amazing staff that is super friendly and caters for your every need. Incredibly professional and efficient in what they do. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Andre, Anita and all the staff that I worked with at Arlon Properties are all very friendly, efficient and professional. Even during the lockdown they went above and beyond to still give excellent service to their customers. As a first time buyer, I was really nervous but Andre was really helpful and the whole process was seamless. I would definitely recommend you go with Arlon properties.

The best thing I ever did for myself was to move out of that place. I felt like Some of the remarks made by One of the employees (Linda Van Dyk) had hints of colourism in them and then she would try to sweep them under the carpet by switching up and acting like she cares. She never checked the facts first before making accusations. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics. I would give them a solid 0. However, Anita was really good with the contracts. I was in a rush to move in and she made the move very smooth. Big ups to her for her consistency.

I have had a couple of interactions with Arlon and in particular Andre. I found his dealings extremely professional and advice always very sound! I will always use his services where possible and will highly recommend. They have many years of experience and have built a solid reputation over time. Thanks Andre. Exceptional company with hard working people who care for their customers. Been renting with them for almost 2 years & I have no complaints whatsoever. Securing my apartment was a pleasant experience as they were very accommodative & the whole duration of my stay so far has also been very satisfactory. Top quality service from a top quality real estate agency. Would highly recommend them to any student or young professional in need of accommodation.
