One of the Worst places ever . There services are pathetic . Not even meant to be rated . Their services suck . Most of the employees are liars . I would recommend for this place to close down completely. They ruin the name of Supertech" I will never even advise even a person that has a wheel barrow to use their service. We have been running up and down with our car.Empty promises always made"

If anything you have to give them props for their consistency in their poor service. My car went in for hail damaged, came back water leak from the sun roof, certain part not put back in the car, empty promises from the Manager and my car is no longer airtight. Only called back almost a year later because my insurance withheld payment to them.

If I could give a minus 5 star I would. If u treasure ur car in anyway - DON'T take it here. Extremely Poor workmanship, poor customer service- no feedback, Basically didn't have my car for 4 months. Car taken back several times. Issues still not resolved. Only took car.there as it was an BMW ARC and didn't want to lose quarentee on my motorplan. BMW must reconsider having this panel beater as one of their ARC- just pulling down BMW standard/ reputation..Don't take ur car there..you will be sorry

Worst service ever! I wonder who they paid to be approved by MiWay Insurance. We had to take our car in on the 12th of January and till today (1 March )it is not back and it was just in for minor hail dents. Everyday they promise to phone back which they never do. Even at reception they ignore their customers. We will be forced to change Insurance company if they continue to work with such incompetent individuals.

I received the worst service. I trusted them but it's was really bad. I sent my car for hail repair. The body was fixed but they created more and more issues with the inside of my car. The whole of the inside is not aligned. Instead of fixing my car they created more damage. I'm not going to mention empty promises from their manager.

After reading the negative reviews, I was hesitant about taking my car in following some hail damage. However, I received timely updates and the damage was sorted out.

Firstly your services are poor and you do not value your customers. The only people who get immediate attention are those who have money or who have a reputed reputation. I felt mistreated in comparison to other clients, who got special treatment and had their services delivered immediately without a fuss. we had contacted your company multiple times in different days to get more information about our vehicle and trying to fetch our car on the day we had agreed on but we were mislead everytime.. Our car had been with you guys from the 17th of January until the 18th of February, meaning that your company had breached the agreement.I do not recommend this company at all and I am so disappointed. I have struggled the past month without my vehicle and this Is unacceptable.
