This rating is not about the staff but rather about management. I love shopping here, however, things are always out of stock. The dsv boxes... Out of stock... The lotto machine is not working for over a month and a half now. Management, can't you see, the customer using this facility is also shopping there, now you are chasing ur clients to go somewhere else. Wake ip.

Pathetic service from these petrol attendants everytime. They will stand chatting & watch you wait. I always pump my own tyres too. They will not even offer to help. I rather drive to the nearest Shell garage for consistently great service.

I have filled up here often and always had good service but today's experience was not good. I like to watch the meter on the pump while being filled and the rather rude attendant tried to get me to move forward and when I refused got some bad attitude from him. The pump clicked off at 38 litres and he stopped filling. I knew it would take a lot more and after another argument he managed to get 55 litres into the tank. No offer to clean the windscreen or check oil and water. I am usually a generous tipper but needless to say he got nothing. Will not be back. Honestly I almost thought it was a Leon Schuster movie, it was that bad.

Fairly busy petrol station. Sometimes during peak times I feel they can have more staff on duty so that patrons won't have to wait as long to get service. Apart from that, I'd give them 5 stars.

Nice and clean, they have a steers inside and started to recently serve Krispy kryme doughnuts. Fuel attendants are also very kind and helpful.

I have had a couple decent experiences here with staff and the shop. I just wish the toilets could be improved and cleaned more regularly. As it is a transit journey. We often have to stop with my 5 year old especially in peak traffic. I wouldn't buy food after going in those toilets.

Very bad fuel station. Terrible staff attitude in general and the petrol attendant I had was kind enough to spray the side of my car with petrol. Please go somewhere else and stay away from this place.

Walking from Woolworths to this Engen, the place is absolutely filthy. Used to be very well maintained.

Had to ask to get tires pumped and no windows washed. It was OK. Update. Had to clean own windows and waited almost 5 minutes for assistance. There wasmknly 2 people visible that seemed to work.there during rush hour in the afternoon.
