Don’t bother to try and make use of this company. They are useless. I drove around looking for them according to the address on the web, no sign of them. I sent them an email to try and get in touch with them, but they never responded. Don’t waste your time.

Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. Technicians pleasant but took several days to find and sort out the problem with our system. After they were finally done I had to call them back as we still had a problem. Overall cost was high and they had a nerve to charge me for the final call out.

Amazing team. Friendly and professional. Phoned me to say they are on their way and was on time for the appointment. Sorted out the dish alignment problem in no time at all. Added bonus that I could pay by card right there and then and received tax invoice at the same time. Will definitely recommend and use Tellyman again. Thanks Richard and Terence!!

Very Poor service. The technician took his call out fee, in cash, but did not do the job. After 2 call outs, I can still not use my decoder. He simply can not do the job.And when I contacted them, he called me back and use bad language, swearing.Never will I recommend them to anyone. They are quite useless ! Very disappointed.
