The staff was friendly and hospitable but less than 7 days gel chipped. It's 2023, I don't expect a brand such as sorbet to be having such landers. I only went because I had a voucher, will never go back

Worst nail do I've ever had.Toes basic/normal cutex, disastrous from start. Gelish overlay on nails didn't even last for a week.Will never go back!

It's definitely better since the revamp. The ladies are excellent at what they do and treat everyone with kindness and respect. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went to Sorbet the grove after 5 years and i have to say the new management is way beter. There is room for improvement. I was happy with the service happy with the product but not happy with the final product.I will go back to give them another try.....

I did the gelish soft, gel tip and a week after on nail came off and went for a repair (the repair was free) the next day after the repair, the gelish started to peel off. Very disappointed by the quality of the service. The nails can’t even last two weeks.

Terrible. The unfriedly lady had no idea how to remove the acrylic on my nails. All the skin around my nails was failed off. After days I am still in pain
