I had been looking forward to my first session but was unable to initially gain access to the facility as the gates were locked and there is no bell by the entrances. Secondly their contact details don't work on weekends. When I finally manged to get inside the first thing the female instructor (who was inside the whole time) said was that I should have been inside on time. If scaling electric fences was within my capabilities I would have been inside the studio on time. Staff members can honestly make or break your business, and this staff memeber proved this today.

Great for fitness and do wonders for that summer body we all want. Great exercises and experience. Personal trainers with custom programs for each individual. Get ready for a great experience that lasts. I could never stuck with a normal gym, but have been able to keep looking forward to the next session at Pulse Vanderbijlpark. There is also a indoor heated pool where children can learn to swim etc. And a coffee shop to enjoy a cup if your best fix.
