They sell food that has gone off. I literally went to buy milk and cheese and fungus was growing on the cheese and it smelled horrible! The milk became maas soon as I warmed it up. They even have the worst service. Shoprite can do better to be honest.

Pathetic and terrible customer service. The attitude with the cashiers is so rude and demeaning. The way customers are undermined is so disturbing especially when you ask for a cashback, it's like you're asking them for their own money. I also find it strange how they let customers stand in a queue with their slow service then only tell a customer that they are offline upon paying...It makes more sense to announce than give customers hope.

Poor service we stand in the qeues for the long period of time while the tills are many with no cashier behind them. You'll find only 2 cashier's work. That's so bad we are not pleased as customers...
