Wish there was a 0 Stars, this company has no ethics. DO NOT ever get them to be your Managing Agents.-Nepotisticly Scrupulous-Unethical-Aggressive-CoerciveAre the best summary for any dealings with them.Never expect them to respond on any promises if they even answer to any raised concerns.

Venkam is an utterly unethical company.Many months ago, one of their tenants was killing for sport the birds and animals in our neighborhood in Blairgowrie. I contacted jo-Rina Pretorius who is their rental agent. She did not even reply until I dropped the threat of legal action, at which point she acknowledged my complaint - although no actual action was taken against the offending tenant. Now yet another of their tenants is using an air rifle on our pets, and I have tried to contact Jo-Rina several times and she does not even reply.Venkam, you are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE for having such an INCOMPETENT and HEARTLESS agent, and Blairgowrie is better off without you lot.

The representative was highly unprofessional. Schedules a viewing appointment and cancels 10 minutes prior to the viewing and stops responding. After multiple follow ups, she manages to make the time for a viewing. The representative communicates that the property in this matter is a pet friendly unit and we would just need to fill in a form and get approval. Keeps stalling for two weeks and then communicates that the pet application got rejected. Upon further investigation it is found that the society has a very clear guidelines regarding the allowed breeds. As a property manager one should know this while showing the property to someone. This lady also has the audacity to make a suggestion “get rid of the pet” when I call her requesting for help and clarity as two weeks were already spent in the process.I seriously do not understand what kind of customer service this is and how can such associates be put up as representatives of a reputed firm who is so not up to the mark.Learnt my lesson. Never working with you guys again.
