From dealing with Adam to his phenomenal feedback, to turning everything around in 1 week, Chris his manager and team were exceptional, helpful, took care and pride of all mybelongings like it was there own stuff. Professional and friendly. Stanleys were recommended to me verbally, which was one of the reasons why I chose to accept their quotation, even though they were not the most economical quote. They handled my furniture with extreme care. Apart from the only hiccup of the removal truck waiting at another StoreAge to collect my furniture, they communicated their progress from one province to another. They were accurate with their timing estimates.

What appalling service from this removal company. They moved my furniture yesterday only to find that after removing the protective packaging from my fridge that they dented it. The driver and his team have denied it. They took long breaks and are simply incompetent. The one guy even had an audacity to pull out a stool and then chat up my helper! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHER BUSINESSES WHO OFFER CHEAPER RATES AND ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST! PATHETIC! IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S MONIES BUT DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE IT WAS INTENDED FOR.

This is the second time I have moved with Stanleys and both times the service has been first class. The whole process is handled so efficiently. The guys are always incredibly friendly, and hard working, and make loading and off loading a stress free process. Thank you to the teams that made our move such a smooth transition.

All my belongings arrived the way they collected it and the staff was very friendly and helpful
