Felt like home! Beautiful wake up seaview!

Beautiful view, but advertising definitely misleading. R600 was demanded as a cleaning fee, over and above the already exorbitant price we had paid. No cleaning was done during the entire four-night stay. The excuse for not refunding was that that was the cleaning fee for the whole stay, I think meaning the cleaning of the flat prior to our visit. No towels, soap or toilet paper were supplied. When queried, the owner said that as a self-catering establishment, these items were not supplied. We have stayed in many self-catering establishments and never once before have we not been provided with towels, toilet paper and soap. Lights didn't work in the front bedroom or separate shower. Al in all very poor value for the money we paid.

I can't complain. Excellent location, perfect view from the unit... Nr.6. We will be back. That k you for an amazing stay.(2022)2023 and we where back, still breathtaking view from the room and balcony. Sadly not up to expectations . We certainly did not get value for money and the advertising was very misleading. Beautiful photos on the advert however the main bedroom had no windows for a view. The gate remote did not work firstly not letting us in, then not letting us out resulting in a lot of time wasted. I got much better value at City Lodge on a recent trip to Cape Town for a very similar price . We won't go back there
