I bought a vw polo and was told by the sales agent that the car was clean with no major spray work , I drove 4 hours from mpumalanga to collect the vehicle. When I got there I noticed that the whole car had been re sprayed and that it had been in an accident before. The sales agent got very upset and told me that I’m forced to take the car because I said that I’m buying it. Worst car purchasing experience that I’ve ever had , will never trust these guys again !!

The worst service I have ever experienced. Incompetent staff and I will never buy a car from them or take my car for a service! Booked my car a week ago to fix broken foglights and front camera - they did not even order the parts AFTER I made a booking to fix it a week ago. There is no order in which to book your car in and I waited for more than 30 min before someone even asked to help me! Pathetic service ever!!!! They will never see me again after I bought a Touareg from them a year and a half ago.

The consultant called the wrong number, and we had to come to the branch to check progress on our car. Transport offer had to be suggested by us, not by the consultant even though our car was staying overnight.

VW Mafikeng was the worst service my car received. They called at 3pm to come fetch the car yet when I arrived it was not yet done, bonnet open and I left at 17:55 with an unwashed car. Not impressed as I was not the only customer there, some had to fetch their cars the next day. Don’t waste your time here.

It's just fine. Nothing much to talk about. They say when you get to Rome, do what Roman's are doing. For myself everything ws different for me. I'm used to be greeted by service advisers on arrival and being offered a cup of tea/coffee. With you guys it's a total opposite. Driver for drop off will just pass you without asking if you need a lift. Mind you, you don't know him. So I waited there until they finished the car. At least they managed to adjust what i asked for.

I've been here since 08h00 (15/12/2021) to change the brakes. Its now 10h55 and I'm still here.Everytime I take my vehicle here, things just show up broken. The service consultant was very nice and informative though; but the overall service is bad.
