Department of Home Affairs - Zastron Mobile Unit

Zastron home affairs is a play ground, officers there are not well trained, they don't do their jobs at all, during working hours when you arrive there, they are no where to be found, others will just tell you that, that person left, went to their home, when you set an appointment they give you a date, when you get there no one to help you, I have never experienced such an unprofessionalism in my entire life, those people are so unprofessional, I wonder what happens to people who have to face those officers on their daily asks, I mean people who live around Zastron, I had to go there with my petrol from Bloemfontein because I had an appointment of which in the end was not served, there's no home affairs in Zastron, just play ground where people who work there only think for themselves only, don't care about other people and their expenses, I think that place should be closed, atleast be opened in rouxville
