Terrible service, Aramex took R1000 from me and just returned my parcel to me without any information or contact. Not to mention their contact us forms just don't work.

The worst couriers...had a package posted on a Monday...the package disappeared for 3 days...no record of it on there system...after numerous calls etc it finally got delivered the Friday...suppose to be an overnight service but delayed 4 days... unacceptable

Wow you guys are amazing! I ordered a birthday present for my partner from Amazon and I was concerned it would not be here o time but support has made the effort to track it and get it to Cape Town on time so I can collect on Saturday! I really appreciate it! What great customer support! :)

Most useless couriers ever. Beyond useless. You are just lucky when you get your parcel. If it goes wrong it goes beyond wrong. It's gone. And try to find their phone numbers. Impossible. And if you talk to them, it's like talking to a brick. Useless. Beyond. Useless. Unfortunately, amazon shipping uses aramex. What a waste.

Avoid Aramex at all costs, Same town parcel has now taken 3 days!Phoned to ask for status , the excuse provided: the driver ran out of time " and will deliver the next day!"

They keep saying they tried to reach me and I tried to make contact with them on several channels. Calls, ehatsapo, chat bots. Impossible to get hold of them ... then my parcel which cost Ober R20k and me having to pay R5k customs costs.... got sent back .... not I must pay all those fees again and then of aramax dealing with it I'm afraid it will happen again and loop like that .....

MY PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED I HAVE BEEN QUERYING THIS SINCE THE 22/03/2023. Pathetic service . My parcel is missing and no one is getting back to me to advise of way forward. Waybill number not tracing. Complained via Hellopeter, FB messenger and WhatsApp no one is responding.

Chat Bot and whatsapp chat to discuss parcel whereabouts is very poor. you Wait over an hour for the bot to reply, until you give up and then try call them.... which is another long ordeal.

Would refrain from dealing with them or take huge caution, Aramex driver made my package disappear. Aramex admits driver did not follow procedures. Would highly recommend using a different courier service.They will probably tell me to email aramex, which I have, but good luck to any of them acknowledging a missing package and doing something about it. Support is non existent.

I receive an email from shein that this courier company can not deliver my parcel because i were not at the adress,but on tracking history it still shows at aramax facility.never had i get an sms or email stating that my parcel is on its wayNo where can i find a contact nr of aramexThis is beyond awful. On all the bad rewies everyone get the same response email the global email.I want to speak to someone ,not send an email.Buffalo (the other shein courier) is way better than this bad expierience
