The 1star is for the taste of the Kota, Nene's Kota's was delicious but YOU WILL WAIT!!! Waited for over an 1 hour for the order, there is no sequence when they take orders so you need to make sure you stand there to make sure your order gets done. It was my first time, never returning again not worth the wait!

I just ordered the rib burger on ubereats. The potatoes were pretty much raw.. so disappointed because I tried it because of the great reviews..

Atrocious service!!!! Decent tasting Kota's but definitely not worth the TWO & A HALF HOUR wait time for ONE kota (wasn't even Peak time) and the terrible attitude from staff. Ordered from here several times via UberEats. Always late and when you call, the lady's attitude makes you lose your appetite. The owner doesn't respond to calls either. Not worth it at all.

1.The bread was a little tough2. The kota I wanted was R55 but then I added patty and they told me it’s R66+ R5 for egg3.I ended up paying R71 for bread, chips,Russian,patty and egg4. They use proper ingredients5. It was too good and filling, I’m rating them 9/10

If I could rate this place minus one I would. Horrible experience. Food tastes horrible, extremely dry. My Kota was missing ingredients. Horrible service. Everything sucked. Not worth a cent nor the 2 hour way. I am so annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service. I waiting 3hrs and still didn't get my order. Quiet a few people before me ended up canceling their orders because the ladies keep pushing the goalpost on when your Kota will be ready. Thought I'd wait but after 2H45mins I asked a different lady how far my order was and she told me it's still going to be a while so I canceled my order...Do better as a business, be honest and there's no reason a Kota should take that long, it doesn't come with oxtail

I went to the container and order two kotas and I was told they would be ready in 20 minutes and an hour later the food was still not ready. I ended up asking for a refund.They need to increase their capacity for the amount of orders they’re getting because this is unacceptable.

One of the best kota joints around. The ingredients are fresh and the kota is clean. You can tell that the oil is not reused over and over again. I'm giving it a 4 star because the prices are a bit steep.
