Unbelievable service! From start to finish their work, people and product and service is outstanding! A pain free utterly pleasant experience and I would recommend Nexsolar to anyone who is looking for alternative power solutions.

The support service I received was excellent and the staff was always very willing to help.

These guys are the real deal. In the current solar market it is very difficult to find this type of service and quality. They are priced very reasonably for high quality product. In my view, if you want it done right the first time. Use them.

Unfortunately I have to agree with similar sentiment posts. They are a great company to deal with at the sales and initial phases of installation. Good luck thereafter getting support that is promised. It's been a year and we still do not have a geyser timer installed that was paid for up-front. I emailed earlier, called through last week with my and the contact person's details on record, Heather Merrington. I was promised finishing of this long outstanding issue end of last week, early this week. Still no contact, email replies etc - disgraceful. I refuse to call in again to leave an unreturned message or speak to someone who simply pays lip service.

Professional and very neat installation done by competent and efficient staff. System is working like a dream and operating as expected. I highly recommend NexSolar.

NexSolar's initial installation was good, however their after sale service is appalling. The solar is not even a year old and I have had issues with both the inverter, which they had to replace, and battery. They do not communicate with customers and their lack of response is unacceptable. Our other property is also having issues with the battery. We have called and sent messages, with little response and very long wait times. Would not recommend.

NexSolar upgraded our system, which they installed a couple of years ago. I am very happy with the guidance and suggestions during the quotation stage and the installation team did a really good job. Thank you.
