Just stepped into your Cape Town store at The Palms, and to say the service was bad is saying too much. We were not even greeted, the shop was so stuffy and hot and we left without a word spoken from your store staff. Lovely products, horrendous experience.

If I could give Airloom 10 stars I would. Went into their showroom at The Palms and came out with 2 absolutely stunning rugs. Great quality for very reasonable prices & the best service.

Excellent customer service. Placed an order Saturday and the Chunky Boucle Camel Rug was delivered Tuesday morning. Extremely pleased with the product. Product matched online photos. Quality is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

After looking at the options online I decided to go to the store in Woodstock to browse. From the time I arrived I received great service from Wafiqah. She was so helpful, very knowledgeable on the different rugs available and assisted me with great advice in purchasing my beautiful rug. She also shared tips for cleaning and how to make future purchases online. I love the rug I purchased - excellent design and quality. It fits perfectly in my lounge. Super happy customer :-)

We bought a rug few days ago.Went to the showroom at The Palms.We are loving our rug and so are our Lovely Cats. Great quality for reasonable price. Wafiqah was awesome, fantastic service.

I ordered a rug over the long weekend. A OMBRE PINK CIRCLE (PRINTED RUG). I opted to do an eft payment. Once I received the banking details I made payment and received our baby girls rug within 2 days. From Cape Town to Durban in 2 days! Guys that's fantastic. And delivery was super reasonable. R110 (I think) well done guys. I've already got my eye on my next purchase.

I bought tiles from Airloom. After having paid in full on 30th June, the tiles were then sold to another customer on the weekend of 2nd-3rd July.The tiles could not be replaced as the line is discontinued in South Africa. I sourced some from abroad and asked Airloom to pay the difference, which they refused to do. This will all delay the renovations and add significant expense. I am very disappointed, both in the mistake in the first place and the lack of assistance in rectifying it.
