I found Sue to be unprofessional in the way she deals with customers. Quite shocking, rude and extremely judgemental. Many complaints and many issues with bugman and no solution was provided. I highly recommend using someone else. Also, they say they will come back in 21 days to finish the job but in 3 weeks the cockroach eggs would have hatched causing more problems. Should receive the next treatment within 7 days.
