I've had the most amazing experiences dealing with North Ridge. Their Route 75 hiking backpack is the best pack I have ever used. It simply is brilliant and I've recommended far and wide.I recently had a rather unfortunate situation whereby a rat discovered some old food in the pack while it was in a cupboard. This was on the day before I was set to head off on a hike... Paul and the team were able to fix the bag up in no time with a smile and a great chat. (Lesson learned: don't leave Cup-a-soup in your bag in storage).It's high quality gear and a customer experience that you simply cannot get anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough! 6/5 stars.
