Origin Fitness Showroom

I paid a 50% deposit (R8 300) for my order on 7 July. I was told that my item would arrive within 3 weeks (28 July).It’s now 5 August and I still haven’t received my item. I don’t get updates on the status of my order, and the sales people that I initially dealt with are now avoiding my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.

I researched many fitness suppliers before finding Origin Fitness, by far the best prices and quality, with a great team who are very easy to work with. I am extremely satisfied with their service and products. Highly recommend, for any private and corporate gym needs.

I bought again from Origin Fitness. My gym at home is looking better and better as you guys keep supplying me with my unique colors, fantastic service and excellent quality. Thanks a million again.

Placed on order on the 14th August 2020, salesperson informed me they have 2 of the item I require in stock to ensure I made a payment immediately. Thereafter I am informed it will take 2 weeks to be delivered. 2 weeks later, i contact them to be informed it will take an additional 1 week, another week later they inform me an additional 2 weeks , now the 9th September 2020 and have yet to receive my order, requested a refund. Be warned, do not do business with these guys!Now going on 2 months and still no order. Sales personnel ignore calls and emails, and still give customers the run around with regards to expected delivery dates.DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS! RATHER DEAL WITH FITNESS NETWORK.

Stay far away from this company. Their service and communication is non-existent. They trick people into placing orders on equipment and then keep on moving the ETA's out and their excuse is that the public responded so well that they had to stop their shipment 3 times to add more stock. That's unfortunately not how business is done. I should have known to keep away when I struggled for 2 weeks just to get a quote out of them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!EDIT : Contacted MiFitness after Origin Fitness gave me the run around - it's like chalk and cheese.

The Origin Fitness Team is just amazing. They reply quickly to enquiries and my purchase arrived in less than a week from contacting them. Would strongly recommend them for fitness gear!

I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I have not received my order that I placed over 2 months ago.I can however state the communication skills and client service is very poor, no straight up answers for the delays, no feedback as to expected delivery times and now messages and calls get ignored......Update: Managed to get hold of a sales consultant last week and was promised communication regarding the status of my order by Monday 31 Aug, it is now Wednesday 2 Sept 2020 and still no feedback. Numeral follow ups and nothing.

Paid for adjustable bench. Delivery promised on 28 August. This after I followed up with the office. No delivery took place. I have repeatedly tried to call the sales consultant and office. Eventually, I got a call from the consultant stating that deliveries were suspended pending stock take. Notwithstanding this absurd reason, I was promised that I would be contacting to advise re the new delivery date. Again, nothing forthcoming. I have no idea what is going on and as yet cannot get a hold of them. I question the legitimacy of this company.

We outfitted a local training gym with equipment from Origin Fitness. Their prices and service was amazing and the second it arrived we knew it was a quality product. We've had it for almost a year now and everything still looks great and works perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
