Cara was an absolute Gem. She assisted me within a 30 min time frame as my delivery was last minute and urgent. She kept me in the loop with every step up to once she had dropped off my package and sent proof of receipt. Will use her again definitely.

first time user...impressed with the service. Prompt, and communication was great (a big plus !!!!!). Got updates of everything as the trip went along. Friendly service and affordable. I will definitely use again and I recommend this service, they're great :)

Deocara Thomas was personally involved in a long process made tedious by Home Affairs and communicated constantly with me to ensure documents were delivered as quickly as possible internationally.
