Called Brothers arms, Saffari outdoors Lynwood. Looking for sig .357 ammo. A simple no we dont have and cant get. Called Arms cc. They dontbhave but will see ifvthey can find. Maybe 30min later they got. Big businesses like above dont care and go extra mile.......Arms CC did

There's so much I can say about my experience with this business but in short I would advise those who don't want their time and money wasted to stay away from this business and spend your money at an establishment that cares about you as a customer. While I'm sure there are many people that have had pleasant experiences here I feel I was absolutely niglected and treated badly by these people.

Avoid this store and the gunsmiths at all cost. Took 3 rifles there and had issues with all three. Worst experience ever. Rude, poor workmanship and arrogance. Will tell everyone I know!

Phone Arms this morning looking for an part for my semi rifle. They said I can bring my rifle in they can assist me. When I came there we first discuss the problem and then he just book in my rifle without asking me. No part in the shop but said will phone me in an minute or two. While signing and left the shop I remembered that I did not write in my phone number. Phone them back ask for that person said he is not there leaves my number. Phone back in the afternoon asking for that person he answered very very rude why I followed up on the part. Will never refer Arms cc. Once book in............

What a pleasant experience! I walked in to enquire about triggers, and 15 minutes later I walked out, new trigger fitted while I waited, and being treated like a priority customer by the chap who did the fitting, (I think his name was Armand) as well as the man behind the counter, who made an effort to answer every question with expertise. I will most certainly support them in future!
