From city power CPT418PLC then to their insurance" Claim number:ADRS8 5 1 8. I have submitted a claim via city power due to their negligence with all evidence of proof and ref numbers. So i am claiming back the fuel used as everyone may know this fuel price is dam expensive. I phoned this african dawn risk solutions with no service delivery and was told they cant help me and they don't pay out insurance to fuel cost that i had to fork out due to the negligence of city power and there dam lies and no service delivery at all. They also don't pay out for your food being damaged and don't pay for your electrical goods that get damaged in fact they god dam

This Insurance company is the worst Insurer to deal with. They approved my claim in August and promised that I will have my money end of August 2021. I am still waiting for my refund. When you e-mail them to inquire they do not answer or respond. They need communication and client service skills.

Avoid this company like the plague, they're a nightmare to deal with and they'll make every excuse imaginable not to pay a claim.

They are a bunch of crooks and their service is horrible its been a full year since @cityofjoburg tree fell on my house now I'm being told they won't pay cause it was a natural disaster which doesn't make sense cause they cover city parks which goes hand in hand with natural elements of the earth, but it won't end well I won't take this lying down
