Amazing service! Highly recommended. Very polite and kind. Got my haircut a few days ago to be ready for a date and they were more than happy to restyle the hair on the day of the date free of charge. I highly recommend Meelo who did my hair twice and both times been very happy with the result. Thanks very much for everything. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Took my 5 year old today for his first time experience at West Coast village branch. Excellent service guys. My son says he wants to come back to you guys every time he needs a hair cut. He is still smiling.

Had a very bad experience here recently with what seemed to be a new apprentice barber... Owner had to tell him everything.... I insisted the only shave my head and face with an electric razor and NOT a blade, but he still tried to do the contrary.... Caused a cut on my ear and razor burn on my face.... Not going back there again. Also had an ear hair removal.... wax was way too hot..... and instead of using a swift movement to pull out the hair, this chap used a slow twisting motion....very painful.... until I protested, and the owner did it properly.

My boyfriend couldn't be more unhappier with his hair cut. He went to get a second opinion and the other barber said he did a TERRIBLE JOB.It's not fair, they should listen to what the clients want and understand before they start cutting. Not cool. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STAR

I recently moved to Parklands and was looking for a reputable barber. I came across 5 star Mediterranean barber. What a disgrace! The haircut is zero out of 5, the people working there is racist! And unfriendly. Never again! My worst first time experience.
