Consistently amazing flavours on all dishes, food specials are well thought out and flavoured very well.2021 update: unfortunately dropping a star because not for the first time a takeaway pizza box had the wrong pizza in it. The boxes do have labels to tick for the pizza contained inside, use them. The first time it happened I had to return to the restaurant. On this most recent occasion a staff member realized the mistake and met me in the parking before I left with the correct pizza.2022 update: service levels continue to drop. Wait staff attentiveness is dropping sharply. Dishes are at times brought out cold. Vegetarian dish came served with chicken. Order food for takeaway, get a call that it is ready, I arrived to discover the order was not even started. I was met with complete apathy. Service is only moving in one direction.

Don't dare make a mistake with your order, even if you let the waiter know not more than 30 seconds later, (as you can see how close we were seated to the order station) or you will get the manager come tell you they have yo paid R7 to void a order.

Perfect ambience, friendly and professional staff, delicious food and quite clean and fresh bathrooms. We had crumbed chicken with mushroom sauce and zucchini fries, the portion is quite generous that we ended up taking it away. Quite rich food at a very affordable price. The waiter was quite friendly. There’s an option to seat inside or outside. Family friendly restaurant. I highly recommend them.

Lupa WESTVILLE is just the best restaurant. Their service is amazing. Their staff are well trained and knowledgable. The food is so delicious. Compliments to the chefs. They always go the extra mile. I have celebrated my bachelorette lunch there and my anniversaries and they always make it so special. Thank you for always make a meal out so amazing.

Truly awesome, flavourful food! Excellent service as well.We've never left Lupa disappointed.Most recently, I had the wood oven-roasted Lamb Shanks. Our waiter told us that they're roasted for between 3 to 4 hours. The meat was absolutely tender and the Parmesan fries were an eye-opener in how tasty they were.

One of the earlier Lupa’s to open in the Durban area before they got franchised. Still remains a great restaurant with nice atmosphere and quality food. Service was good and waiter was very attentive.

Dinner at Lupa was amazing! Good atmosphere. I must commend the service.Our server Pretty made our experience even better with her bubbly personality. Good wine. Loved the chocolate brownie ❤️

My husband and I became a couple at this awesome establishment 5years ago. We come here every year on the 13th of March and are never disappointed. The staff are always so friendly and professional, the food is outstanding and the atmosphere can turn any frown upside down.
