Absolutely love this chemist and the amazing staff members !! An older lady named Helen who is very sweet has always gone above and beyond to help me and even chats to my kids and gives them a lollie while we are waiting. I never go to any other chemist now.

Perfect community pharmacy! Always full of happy vibes. The ladies at the counter always smiling and greet you as you come in the door. The pharmacists are always friendly and willing to listen and give the best advice. Only chemist we go to.

walked in asked for the pharmacist and the assistant just wrote a note left in the basket, when the pharmacist noticed me she asked if i had been served i requested my needs. i felt judged, even got a snarky eyebrow up from her when i asked for my needs. as ive worked in community pharmacy i know what it should look like, friendly staff and friendly pharmacist that isnt looking to get you out the door fast. very disappointed, so hard to find friendly people in pharmacy these days

I have been coming here for years, always friendly and helpful staff.Had another great experience today when I rang up to see if they had a particular item I needed, unfortunately didnt have, but Helen knew exactly what I was talking about and recommend something else, which was perfect!Thanks Paul, your team are amazing!

I absolutely love the feeling i get when I walk into chemist, and love the offer of coffee while I wait for my scripts.When being served it's on such a personal level, the team generally care about how your feeling and go above and beyond to cater for your needs.Customer sevice is top notch even on a busy day they are quick and efficient.A special shout out to Paul and Helen who I've had the pleasure of being served by over the past years, your friendly smiles and happy demeanour gives the chemist such a family feel.Thank you all!
