Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff

Wow I highly recommend this for anyone who's tired of the typical gym experience, this is the next level of working out.

The trainers are all awesome! All are able to work with you no matter whivh level you are at. The trainers and the manager are always friendly and always willing and able to assist and accomodate changes in schedules etc.

The trainers are very friendly and accommodating. I love the fact that they understand that life happens and work around your schedule.

We went to Bodytec in Waterfall Estate to find out more about the concept. The guy working there was so rude. He gave us a leaflet and read it to us. He stopped me as I entered the door and spoke to us while we stood outside. I wasn't impressed and left. We drove 5 minutes down the road to Body20 in Kyalami Corner shopping center. We were greeted so enthusiastically by Raphael. He was so friendly and explained everything about how Body20 works. He demonstrated the training system and booked us for a free introductory session. This was on a Friday. We experienced the workout on the following monday and signed up as members. It's been 2 months and we are loving it. The other trainers Shaun and Ryan are also really nice guys. The manager, Bontle, complements the team of really nice people. Raph is such a nice guy, he treats us like friends. I will absolutely recommend this branch.

I go to train begrudgingly cause I'm unfit, but that's the point right. Go out there and enjoy Body20
