Paying customers need to draw cash at the ATM just to make use of the restroom, in the event that they are not carrying any loose change with them.I completely understand the need to have a restroom service fee but come on!

R0.50 straw and R2 toilet will stop you from making thousands,1 person at the till point it's a no no especially when u know there is 15min given to the people travelling by bus

Quite useless at Customer Service. I pulled in just before 5om today, a month end Friday, nil chicken prepared, a batch in the cooker, ready in ten minutes, all for other orders. While waiting in the line cooks standing around, one guy putting frozen chips into fryer for an order. Poorly managed if you miss month end volumes, surely not rocket science to predict increased demand. I won't waste my time again.

I was so disappointed with Fresh stop Cookhouse Caltex garage, I usually buys every weekend the likes of Party Mix combo, yoh last weekend Sunday 23 October 2022, the burgers looks like someone was learning how to bake even the chicken meet was bad.
