Poor customer service, the wood I received has 30cm cracks down both ends of the boards and is pretty much unusable in the length it was purchased for. Do not recommend buying from them. I would rather contact a company called GLM wood supplies as they provide higher quality wood with better customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, the owner told us it is A Grade wood which it was not.A week after we bought is the planks we're scew and started to crack.He also told us the wood was dry which was also a lie.DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Poor quality service and saligna planks. All the planks had cracks running through them and they are not straight. Owner refused to help me. I paid for planed planks but can see they are not planed.

Please Don’t buy from jvr woods as the wood I purchased are worse than b grade and they charge me for A grade and the owner takes no responsibility to sort the issue please stay away from this company as I was con and don’t deal with them as they are thieves especially the owner SeanJust lost R20k down the drain

Had a home project that needed some proper solid wood, and the wood I got from JVR is strong, sturdy and I even got it cut to size for what I needed.Gonna use a cutoff piece that I have to make a lekker sign for my man cave!The people are friendly and easy to deal with and I haven't gotten this level of quality anywhere else... 5 Stars for great service... Thanks so much!
