Ordered the big John burger for the first time, it was soaking in salad dressing and letting its was overwhelming. The wings were beyond salty I struggled to finish but the service was ok and the location is good and the building looks nice

I had a very bad service with this chicken licken because of the very rude lady Named ‘Kabelo’ as per the receipt stated. She is rude and doesn’t have a proper way of speaking to customers there by the drive through. Absolutely disgusted by her mean behavior! I’ll share details !

The service there is good and efficient but their meat is horribly salty, at first I had ordered chicken pieces (which I've never ordered) and thought perhaps that is how they have always made it but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again to order the wings (which is what chicken licken is known for)...I couldn't even get through the first bite of one wing and it was not hot but salty as hell!May they please change their mixing methods and remove the salt, it feels like it's salt that could make a person sick. I'm disappointed as it the only Chicken Licken around the Mankweng area & I assume it's fairly new.I hardly go out of my way to write reviews but I had to because now I'm stuck with 24 wings that I have to throw out, I can't get through the salt.

Atmosphere and service is good, but the food, particularly their chicken, is the saltiest I've tasted anywhere. It seems salt is what they're known for. If they could offer meals with less salt, I'd definitely enjoy their food more.

They don't answer their telephone calls. Make sure u check your number of items you bought because more than twice they gave me incomplete meal
