Really slow. You go to the counter to show what you want. They send you to despatch so that they can show you what they have. If its correct you go and pay, then go back to despatch to get your item. Every time you back of queue. 60min to get some insulated lugs if you lucky

Assistant does not know what the type of ELECTRICAL wire is presented to him, and clearly because of this, says not in stock. Purchasing another product, the lady receiving payments takes two bites out of her sandwhich while I am paying (do staff not get lunch here?) I get my change with NO proof of payment and instructed to go to the collection counter (after asking where to go). Standing behind other customers at the collection counter, I get called with eye contact and finger pointing, to collect my purchase, which I only recognised by the product itself. If I could give -5 stars, I would!
