Used the Roman's app to order pizza so that I didn't have to wait and could come directly after work to collect my pizza. Arrived at the store, staff blatantly ignore me until they were ready to serve me and were done with their conversation. They then proceeded to ask for me order details which I provided and to no surprise their system was down" yet they knew exactly what my order was as only put it through then

I haven't been here much but the few times i have been the staff was real rude .they dont greet properly and they stare you out of your clothes i felt very uncomfortable buying a pizza .

The pizzas here are fine, but the staff are generally unfriendly. They seem aloof and often arrogant. Occasionally I have met a nice salesperson, but they don't seem to stay on.I go here often because I work close by and we generally get pizzas from here. If I could find much better pizzas for a better price close by I would choose to go elsewhere.I would like to suggest that you give your staff some training on customer service. It would make the experience far more pleasant for your customers.

Had a bad customer service experience with the front desk ladies and we also saw how they treat other customers with no respect. We also discovered two foreign, disgusting objects in the pizza. We will definitely not support this franchise anymore and will not recommend them to anyone else either.

We always order from this Roman's and have always had awesome service and pizza.... But lately it has been terrible! The staff can't follow instructions, I asked tonight to please have my order ready by 19h50 and not to make it to early so that it is still warm, well we just got ice-cold pizza that looks and tastes like it was made yesterday... The last while the pizza is either burnt or has zero toppings or is cold. .. I see the other reviews are similar and the owners don't take the time to answer either. Maybe time to find another pizza place..

Usually they are great but seems they are a bit overwhelmed especially Friday nights. Most recently I ordered and paid online and because of the crowd they did not check the order and left some toppings off.

Ordered Roman's for the first time in years - noisy connection when I called the order number (Hatfield branch did not pick up at 7pm on a Saturday), waited an hour for the pizza, delivery driver was friendly but had gotten lost (not sure why the franchise/franchisee can't equip their staff with Google maps). The pizza was cold, beware that the 2 for 1 special does not apply on weekends and not after 15:00 in the week. It was a below average pizza from a below average shop, it's a pity (at least the avo was fresh; not sure what pressed beef is).
