Worst experience ever, I didn't even get a tracking number. No one keeps me updated on my delivery sent so many messages and they just advised there was a delay due to protests but I wasn't even aware of my delivery and still no update on my delivery

Excellent and efficient service.

I ordered a product on the 3rd of August, 2022. According to the delivery, it was said to be delivered between 1-3 business days. It's been frustrating to wait until today, the 4th business day. There was a mix up with the couriers, but I really want to commend the efforts of Brandon/Graeme, cannot remember his name exactly. He went above and beyond and delivered my product personally today. Thank you for this great service.

If I could give them no stars I would...One star is actually being kind...I've placed an order on the 31st March, received a run around from Liam and team around not having stock to stock has arrived and it will be shipped, back to not having stock as the supplier is a problem...Then requesting my money back, then give me a hassle, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH!They have a number attached to their name however apparently their phone lines are down and none of them have cell phones to contact clients and provide updates,Pathetic, Pathetic and PATHETIC!!!!I hope they see this review and Atleast have the decency of returning my money!!!!
