The most unprofessional, low class, bad attitude, excuse for a security company...I am a resident at a complex that has newly employed this joke of a company.I had courier deliveries the last two weeks and the first 4 times I had to physically go down to get the packages because the security company doesn’t want to use the intercom. The fifth delivery I was expecting on Friday I decided to go out for a walk with my dog but didn’t want to go far as I wasn’t sure when to expect the delivery. I managed to see the security guard telling the Takealot delivery driver to leave before he even got to the other side of the road to the building's entrance. I had to run to the delivery driver who was extremely upset by the way the security guard spoke to him and had to apologise multiple times.I do not understand why this new security company feels as though it is their right to decide when someone can use the intercom to notify the resident that they have arrived and I absolutely do not appreciate the guards speaking to the delivery guys like they’re rubbish so I have to apologise to them and deal with their upset. And then I have to deal with the security guard complaining to me about the delivery driver!I also saw him sending someone home who was trying to get hold of another resident.Absolute filth.

This company has very rude and exceptionally unprofessional staff as part of its company. They have a tendency to accost visitors of the premises they are to serve and protect. One for example, a Sam Msimango who works at the Sechaba Medical Solutions building in Houghton even has the audacity to threaten visitors and probe them into fights.It is unfortunate that I am also told by his superiors that they have the same complaints from other people and yet he still works here. Clearly this company has no care for how such conduct reflects on the whole company. I for one would not associate this as a strength of the company, where employees attempt to take matters into their own hands in physical combat, especially in situations where there is no threat.I mean. Really?

They always on the scene, one of the best responses team , they work hand in hand. They need a 100 star

don't know much about their actual response and security capabilities. they do however drive like they are blue-light government brigade around the Houghton and surrounding areas

Vision Tactical itself is fine, their alarm monitoring company (Alarmnet) are not very helpful. Unfortunately they are affiliated and I had no choice but to cancel the armed response I had with them and move to CAP Security.
