Never in my life have I received such bad service. After phoning the sales lady not once, not twice but on several occasions, informing her of incorrect billing and after numerous promises that it will be rectified... I still today have had no feedback, nor has the billing been rectified. Today I've received another invoice for colour copies to the value of R 19 931-08. Canon was instructed to set the copier so that it can only do black and white copies, not colour. I have not made these copies and refuse to accept this. I will be returning the Canon copier and support their competition from now on. I strongly advise anyone / business to rather look at other options, than to make use of Canon business centre in Richards Bay.THIS IS FAR FROM OVER...

COMPLAINT:I have been with Cannon Richards Bay for +- 10 years....I have excellent service when the Technician comes out to service my machine.BUT the office in Richards Bay.....I have had endless trouble with my machine and am sure you can go back on the history and check.I need NEW parts but they just keep sending out the technician to TRY and FIX the SAME old problemover and over again. I print a newspaper once a month and do quite a lot of printing during the month.My account is about R25 000 a month... and have the same problem just about every month. I now phone and tell them in 2 weeks I am having to print, so can they please sort out the problem. Needless to say once AGAIN this month I sit unable to finish printing my paper... witch is what brings the money in, I have loads of work that needs to be printed for businesses and cannot print which means there is a good chance I will LOSE the jobs lose money and my name will go down the drain again.To say I am well and truly FEDUP is an understatement. I have asked Richards Bay Office to please renew my 6 year old contract to be told no machines, they are looking into it.... REALLY . I phone and ask to speak to Franie (manager) no such luck he has set meetings to come and see me 3 times and has never ever arrived. I have been there twice and never been able to see him, my complaints fall on deaf ears. The Lady in the office I speak to Ivana try's to be helpful but I think her hands are tied as well.Today is 26th April my paper had to be out on 23rd, the machine broke down in the week of the 12th - 14th, I phoned and a Technician was sent out TWICE that week to NO avail, I then phoned and complained again and Reaboka (Technician) once again came out he managed to get it going somewhat (colours all wrong shades) which means DRUMS are at the end of there life... that much I know...frowning face but still had errors (DRUMS) but at the end of the day the refuse to supply the drums and other parts, the newspaper came to a DEAD STOP and so did the rest of my business.... Reaboka came back on 21st told them the problem (not that that helps) and was told to come back the next day with a part.... came back on the 22nd (day the paper had to be out) and could STILL NOT FIX IT AS NEEDED PARTS NOT SUPPLIED.... Then went back to the office leaving me without a machine promised to come back the next day Friday 23rd with apart to fix. Well the part he brought was only one of the problems(black ink was putting to much powder through, so pages are all running black, changes that part, still did not work) DRUMS??? again.... as no other parts were given to him he could not get it to run. He was here from 10am - 7pm trying his best with NOT much help from the office after phoning them, trying different things swopping drums around etc.. At the end of the day I AM STILL WITHOUT A MCHINE.... my paper is still NOT out never mind all the other work that is standing in the que waiting to go out.Am I to lose these jobs????frowning face Because no one can be bothered to come out and either sort it out once and for all or get a new contract with another more reliable machine. (swop out machine)When he left on Friday he said he had escalated the problem and someone would be here on Monday to fix it.WELL I phoned the office this morning 8:30am as NO ONE answered at 8am, to be told no one was coming out to fix my machine.ONCE AGAIN THE PAPER HAS NOT GONE OUT AND I AM SITTING WITH OTHER JOBS TO BE DONEand can do NOTHING. Am I to lose clients, advertisers as their adverts are not out for the long weekend.I am well and truly FEDUP, and cannot understand why I have to put up with this kind of shoddy service.But I suppose losing R25 000 a month means very little to a big company.....PS: I send photos to your office with what is wrong every time so that unnecessary call outs are avoided.PLEASE CAN SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THE MACHINE....ASAP.VERY VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT. pouting faceLiese Husband Mtunzini KwaZulu Natal
