I have been struggling, for the past month, too get maintenance / fixing done for my shower / sink. Lack of urgency from the agency. Someone came to have a look. I was told they would return the next day. Nobody showed up the next day and nobody updated me nor communicated with me. A frustrating experience with this agency.
