Pudo delivery service is awesome. At first, it was the prices that drew my attention. It's a cheap way of getting products delivered to my clients. The app, is easy to use and if you struggle, there is online help. Worried about where the package is, is a thing of the past. With Pudo, u know exactly what's going on and tracking is made easy.

this is how a Pudo delivery gets made. The Courier guy wont accept negligence. But you just need to look in the back of van that collects your parcel to see why this happens.

I don’t really ever write reviews but Pudo is super fast with their deliveries, y’all are doing a really good job.

I have used the pudo service many times, had some issues and got it sorted mostly. But now one of my parcels got lost and there is just no feedback from Pudo, Courier guy. They don't send feedback when you log a query online, no one phones you. And don't think they will refund you for the pudo amount for the package that was never sent. If you are happy to loose money and packages then use them, otherwise Paxi might be a much safer option. Also same price now as Pudo after they had their price increase.

Quick and safe place to drop and go! It's easy to use the app to arrange to send stuff and pick ups are quick and hassle free too! Don't be too alarmed going there at night - it looks dark on first approach but the place lights up as soon as you step foot near the lockers! It's a nifty feature. I think the drop and go feature is super handy!

Do NOT use Pudo if you care about your stuff!!Just picked up my 3 boxes from Pudo of 20kg each that was sent from Brackenfell depo in Cape Gate and I was absolutely SHOCKED to see how the boxes were damaged!!!I took special care of wrapping them very well, and this is what I received - see photos attached. I wonder who is going to pay for the items that got lost along the way ?

There was a driver & he took time to explain to me how it works & made suggestions & searched for the senders depot.....Took pride in his work
