Absolutely wonderful hotel. Everything perfect. Room spotless and very cool, comfortable and calm decor. Staff super professional, exceptionally helpful and wonderfully friendly. Food superb and beautifully presented. LOVED our stay. Definitely planning to go back.

Went to have a late lunch at the hotel in the cafe area as the restaurant was closed for dinner service. I opted to have sushi which was delicious but strangely came with the fish of the nigiri scored on top, in little cut patterns. This is strange as no sushi is ever served this way and made me wonder if the chef was inexperienced. Approximately 24 hours later I have been suffering from horrific food poisoning which could only have been due to the sushi. My friend also noted that the burger was quite raw on the inside.

Had a wonderful birthday surprise. The place is magnificent because blue and white are my favourite colours. Service was excellent and the food amazing. Thanks for making me feel special

Excellent service and luxurious rooms. It's about the small touches such as the flowers in the room, the little pastry or chocolate left when they turn the room down or welcome you. Everyone from the front desk to the porter are extremely professional. Choose this hotel for the best view of the city.

Absolutely amazing location, perfect for some sundowners on the balcony.Food is amazing and the staff are excellent.The reason for 4 stars is that the business takes a % of tips paid on card. So please all, pay tips in cash.

Lovely, relaxed lounge area for their high tea. Teas, coffee and their savoury and sweet treats were rather average. They repeated the same meringues/ lemon icing/ cream/ flower garnish on different sweet offerings and this made them seem bland and uniform. The most delicious offerings were their regular and cheese scones. These were outstanding.

Dinner was superb. Must commend Theo for his great service from the time we arrived until we departed.. very nice personality.

Wow wow wow!We were lucky enough to have our wedding at the 12 Apostles and also stay a few nights with family and friends. Exceptional is all I can say.Sally, Annon from the wedding team - outstanding and brilliant in what they do. The whole team and everyone working there went out their way to make our wedding day and also our stay here incredible. Food - YUM, Service - flawless, Rooms - wow, Smiles - all the time! Nothing was too much, everything had that personal touch and I couldn't sing their praises enough A++++.I would recommend this venue to everyone, not just for the incredible people that work here, but the venue and the jaw-dropping views.Thank you all again for the incredible memories and we will be back!R&D

What a disaster this was...My partner arranged a night for us at the hotel to celebrate my 40th.On our arrival we were greeted by a kind lady and shown to our room, but the nightmare started at dinner time.We sat down for dinner around 7pm and we only received our meals around 9.30pm. When we arrived the restaurant was empty and filled up later, people arriving after us were being assisted before. It took over an hour to get a glass of wine. When we asked for service, we were told our waiter will come shortly, but shortly never arrived.Once the food arrived (after many requests), the fish I ordered was still frozen in the middle. We then got assisted by a manager who was kind and understanding and bought a 2nd plate of fish which was not much better. By this time, we were completely disappointed with the terrible service, food and lack of interest.The next day we went to the spa and asked the lady at check in to keep my flowers but she had such bad attitude and made us feel unwelcome. We waited over an hour for our treatment with another client also complaining about the wait, and lack of response. At breakfast, which shouldn't be too hard, paper was found in my partners food :( The spa treatment was mediocre at best, and not worth the amount we paid for a treatment, the best part were that the huts which were situated overlooking the sea - however the aircon in the hut was making so much noise that it was not possible to relax completely. The disaster of a stay ended with us speaking with the food and beverage manager, who promised to rectify the situation but did no such thing, even telling my partner she emailed me, when she did not. I am still awaiting that email... My partner was then told by the sales manager, that because he got a discounted rate for the accommodation (due to working in the tourism industry) he must not complain... Firstly, surely the agents that are going to sell the property to the tourists should not be treated in such a bad way, maybe they should even be treated a bit better than the usual customers as they have the potential to send more incoming tourists. Secondly, the room might have been discounted but the dinner was paid at full price and the spa treatment was also paid at full price. I do not and will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

12 Apostles Hotel...an elegant masterpiece! I booked picnic site 1 for my fiancés birthday - it was on her bucket list of living life large. She was surprised beyond!From our arrival, customer service was excellent. CHRISTOPHER waited on us and he is so humble, polite, helpful, and hardworking - Thank you Christopher!The views are breath taking - something pictures will never be able to truely capture...
