Good service and good refund policy

Whilst Adrian is Knowledgeable at what he does he has completely left me stranded after resetting my router in SA for which I rely heavily on home access and control from abroad.He then changed the password for SSH access and then forgot it (not documenting it or emailing/writing it down/whatsapping it to me, or anything like that..He did not carry out the clear and concise instructions that I had delivered to him around connecting the router to a number of options for cloud keys that I had given him.I was looking for a safe and reliable pair of boots on the ground in Cape Town to run and configure local (logistically impossible IT tasks for me), but unfortunately Adrian was not That Computer Guy"I am now back to square 1 having wasted a lot of Money on Adrian and in need of someone that can carry out a clear set of instructions.So whilst the owner has posted an email I sent to him after his first visit

I had gone through numerous network technicians before contacting Adrian (That Computer Guy) to help with fixing the internet issues at our apartment block that we manage. Out of all the technicians, Adrian was undoubtedly the most skillful and experienced. Within a matter of hours, he was able to identify the issues and reconfigure the entire block all by himself WHEREAS previous technicians would come in teams of multiple people and would spend days with no fix in the end.I would've saved a lot of time and money by contacting Adrian (That Computer Guy) in the first place.

Adrian is the best! We had a problem with our Wi-Fi at home and Adrian came out on the same day. He was friendly, professional and solved the problem in less than a minute! I highly recommend him for anything IT related.
