The ladies who did my hair and makeup for my wedding were fantastic. They both listened to exactly what I wanted and I loved the end result!

Good day,I really need advice on how to go about this.For 12 months I have given a portion of my property to a hair and make-up (BLUSH) company for the use to gain an income for her and her 16 hair and makeup ARTISTS @ (7 days a week) . She made use of this space that was revamped and well maintained by my domestic worker (5 days a week) and use to bathroom facilities and her own kitchen and entrance and very own set of keys.We had an verbal agreement in place but every month I got some excuse as to why she couldn't pay. Note that nothing was given to me for water lights electricity. R500 was given in the first month and from there on nothing was given. (This was for domestic worker and electricity).I find this very disturbing that this company got great exposure and office space and a hair and makeup salon and operated from my premises for 12 months and not a cent was given, not even a toilet paper.I went to the lawyers and had given her a letter of demand. Which she obviously refused to pay.Now saying that it was a gift and no agreement was made. But how so if she had a set of keys to my property? There had to be some kind word between the two of us, she obviously couldn't just walk into my home and pick up keys and go, there was definitely an agreement before the keys were handed over to her by myself and husband. I do have witnesses when our verbal agreement was made as my husband was present at the time. What are my options? The fact that she paid the first month means that it was no gift at all. In 12 month's our domestic worker only received payment once of R275 for a year's work and that includes cleaning agents. This is not fair or right. So I paid her out of my own pocket. Only R300 electricity was purchased by blush on the first month and never again. Everything from then onwards was to my expense. So the fact that she paid the nanny and electricity means that there was an agreement in place.I have an accountant who does my books every month. My photography company made use of the hair and makeup company on my property, and even included her in every possible way so she can gain a better source of income.Every month I received a bill from her (blush) , and it was paid in Full every MONTH to the amount that was provided by blush. Which my accountant carries track of every month to date. So according to my books I don't owe anything to Blush.She has also had 4 photography sessions done professionally, and it's been 6 to 8 months and still no payments received for any of her photography sessions, for her spray tanning advertisements and website etc.How could someone be so cruel and inhumane?Here I stand and prepared to help others, and this is what gets done in return?Then uses a lawyers name to claim that what she did is okay at the end of the day. Lawyer did no such thing.Nobody has proved me wrong as yet as I have all the facts and evidence along with statements.As mentioned, I have an accountant and NOTHING is owning to blush in fact blush in far in the arrears with my company and unsettled accounts which will be settled in court. As she cannot seem to understand that a person pays for rent and there is responsibility therefore.Yet still today she has not denied that she made use of my property for 12 months and admitted that she has not paid rent for 12 months nor any expenses therefore.All testimonials will be in place by what she had done.I never discriminated her makeup skills but her character as to what she has done to me and my family.I carry the messages that she agreed to pay the electricity and domestic worker yet according to the accountant who does my books, nothing has been received for 11 months. That's evidence.Blush has no integrity for allowing this to get this far, yet to rather pick up a phone and solve the problem like adults.But insists on ignoring the fact that what she had done is inhumane and not right to any extent.My lawyer said I have a very good case and we will be proceeding with this matter. Stop making up stories to suit your ego.

Had my trial done for my upcoming wedding. i am amped and super excited for my big day.BLUSH comes highly recommended by friends and family that has used her before. Alicia the owner is friendly and extremely professional and strives for perfection in her work that she does. Her team of ladies know there stuff and know just how to make you feel special for THAT occasion.

Alicia is a true artist with makeup. She created my look on two separate occasions and I was delighted with her work both times and received many compliments. Even though I cried many happy tears at my graduation, the makeup stayed put! Thank you Alicia!

I used Blush for my wedding in Nov 2021. Alicia was always so accommodating with any questions I had, and was always very quick to respond. We also had to postpone our weddingand she accommodated us fully. Chelsea did myhair & make up, as well as the bridesmaids make up, and I've never felt more stunning in my life (on both my trial & big day). She was wonderful to work with and so easy to get along with. Bianca did the bridesmaids hair and was also lovely to work with. Definitely recommend Alicia and her team, they are so experienced and know what they're doing!

Did you ask permission to use the photographer's namely Mooiste Mooi Photography photo's for your business use? And then you still removed the water mark as well. Unfortunately my wedding was delayed due to covid lockdown. I can't stress how accommodating Alicia has been through this entire process. If I send her a text, Alicia responds immediately, always sorting things out in the background to make sure her brides have the best experience. Alicia is incredibly professional and both her and her team are so talented, I was blown away in my hair and makeup trial with Lisa and Tarryn. They use all of the best brands so you know the makeup is the highest quality. Thank you Alicia and blush babes - you are earth angels and you really strive to go above and beyond for clients.
