Over priced and slowest ISP I ever encountered. Don't waste you're money and time with this 'so called ISP'. What a ripoff. They just in to make a quick buck.

Been having issues with Trusc now for a while. It is at the point where my online calls are being dropped with work, I am losing money at a rapid pace. I am fed up trying to get someone to fix it. They always launch a ticket, they change a setting on their end, and then everything drops again. Ever since Thursday our internet has completely lost signal up untill now 13 times. Out of the 13, 6 of those times I was on a work call. It is at this point that my work refuses to pay me for appointments missed via Skype. So thank you Trusc... For NOTHING! ZAA002

HI The people is friendly and helpful.I not understand why the internet is alway slow on weekends, when you watch movies. It not help to have a lot of customers and the internet is slow. Try to phone but they was all off.

Really poor after sales service. After numerous requests via Telegram for answers relating to TRUSC’s fibre status and request for equipment transfer, have yet to receive any call or feedback. Not the way to retain customers.

Complete extortion tricking people into R1000 contract for a 10megabyte line for 2 years. Must be the most expensive internet in whole of South Africa. Please do your research before using them and terrible customer service aswell

Today some person who can't even speak properly phoned me to say they made a 2y error in charging me R499 for a 10meg line which are supposed to be R999... Not even trying to compromise .... I've been with them for 7+ years... Pathetic... not at all good client service...LAT005

I have made payment for a router and 1st month installment on 15/07:22 and since then after my almost daily enquiries w.r.t. the installation, I am receiving the same response that they are awaiting confirmation from their scheduling department………really????? #440510

Smooth talkers, quick to sell packages, very fast with installation, but keeping a consistent service there after, is clearly not their game.When paying R2649.00 a month for internet, one would expect decent service. No compensation for all the downtime, but they're quick to suspend your service, if payment doesn't reflect on the due date. . . .and then you need to get on their case to reconnect you.
