Bought a property through this agency and Johan du preez in July 2021. While my husband was in ICU Johan informs me tenant has moved after I requested that they can stay on. He offers to rent the property from me as we are only planning to move into our dream retirement home in Dec 2021. Trusting him and my husband being very sick I allow him to move in. Not received a cent rent from that day and my savings has been invested in this property. My husband passed away during this time . Agency just went ahead and dismissed him after they heard what happenned and takes no responsibility. To today I can still not live in this dream home and have received no rent.
