Ultimate Pet Care - Paarl
Booked a wash/groom with Ultimate petcare randburg for my schnauzer and my Yorkie. The Yorkie went first and after the wash is where it all went horribly wrong. Despite having given instructions on the type of cut we want for both dogs, and going over this on when they arrived, the groomer did anything but give us a decent cut. The Yorkie , for some reason, got given a Schnauzer style face cut and now looks ridiculous. It seems the groomer either doesnt know the difference between a Schnauzer and a yorkie or didnt care on the day.

My yorkie had his first groom with Ultimate Pet Care Benoni. They were very professional and friendly. My yorkie normally runs away at the first sign of a brush, but was happy to be groomed by the staff. He looks amazing and smells fresh. Will be using the services again in future.
